Plan Options
1. Basic Care Plan
$15/month or $150/year (pay in full & save 2 months!)
Includes:
- Annual Fence Inspection:
A complete walk-around inspection of your fence to check for:
- Broken or leaning posts
- Faulty or rusted hardware
- Post heaving due to freeze/thaw cycles
- Broken pickets or detached rails
- Minor stain wear
- Gate usage and mobility check
2. Plus Fence Protection
$25/month or $250/year (pay in full & save 2 months!)
Includes everything in the Basic Plan, plus:
- Minor stain touch-ups (limited to fences originally stained or painted by Maisey Fence, LLC, including pre-stained pickets and previously finished chain link sections)
- 15% discount on approved repair services
3. Premium Fence Protection
$45/month or $450/year (pay in full & save 2 months!)
Includes everything in the Plus Plan, plus:
- Priority Scheduling for emergency or time-sensitive repairs
- One free latch & hinge replacement every 3 years (limited to 1 latch and 2 hinges, if necessary)
- One free latch adjustment per year
- 20% discount on approved repair services
Member Benefits: 10% discount on approved repair services

Fair Use and Service Limitations
To ensure fairness and maintain high-quality service for all members, Maisey Fence, LLC reserves the right to determine the scope of maintenance and repairs covered under each plan. Customers must purchase any subscription maintenance plan within the first 2 years of the original fence installation.
The following terms apply to all plans:
- Repair Definition:
- Repairs are defined as localized fixes addressing minor damage such as broken pickets, detached rails, or limited post adjustments.
- Repairs exceeding 25 linear feet of fence line or $2,000, or requiring multiple post replacements, are classified as replacements and are not covered under any maintenance plan discount.
- Exclusions:
The following are not covered under any plan:- Full or partial fence replacements
- Major structural rebuilds
- Fence relocation or height modification
- Non-Maisey Fence, LLC installations or fences not originally constructed to company standards, (at Maisey Fence, LLC’s discretion)
- Anything outside of the municipalities guidelines, (at Maisey Fence, LLC’s discretion)
- Discount Limitations:
- Plan discounts apply only to approved repair services performed by Maisey Fence, LLC.
- Discounts do not apply to new fence installations, replacements, or major rebuilds.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or special promotions.
- Repair discounts cannot exceed $2,000 per year
- Inspections & Touch-Ups:
- Stain or paint touch-ups are for minor surface wear only, not full panel or fence refinishing.
- Inspections will be conducted once annually by appointment only.
- Customers must ensure fence areas are accessible for inspection and maintenance work.
- Scheduling & Availability:
- Maintenance and inspection visits are scheduled seasonally (typically May-September) depending on weather conditions.
- Emergency repairs will be prioritized for Elite Plan members, but scheduling is still subject to weather and safety conditions.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Annual plans paid in full are non-refundable.
- Monthly subscribers may cancel with 30 days’ written notice but forfeit any unused discounts or scheduled maintenance visits.
- If a member uses any discounted repair service, the subscription becomes locked for the full 12-month term from the date of service. Monthly payments must continue through the remainder of that 12-month term without cancellation or refund eligibility.
- Maisey Fence, LLC’s Discretion:
- Maisey Fence, LLC reserves the right to assess, classify, and price work according to professional standards and the company’s definition of repair vs. replacement.
- Plan terms and pricing are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
